We understand plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellation Terms
- Free cancellation if cancelled 48 hours prior to check-in date.
- 50% refund if cancelled within 24–48 hours before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
No-Show
Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions or other force majeure events, refunds or rescheduling options may be offered at the management’s discretion.
Third-Party Bookings
Cancellations made through OTAs (e.g., GoMMT, Airbnb, Yatra, etc.) must follow their respective cancellation policies.
