Booking & Check-in Policy

Guests must present valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
Check-in time is 12:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Pricing & Payments

All room rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.
Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards and selected third-party booking platforms.
The method of advance payment and sharing of the payment screenshot with the reception desk is compulsory for booking confirmation.
All payment-related communication must be verified with the reception desk at (+91) 9777667999 prior to making any transaction. This number will provide the final payment details. Guests are requested not to rely on any other source.

Guest Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully and avoid causing any disturbance.

Any damage to property will be charged to the guest.

Amendments

Baramunda Residence reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Had a wonderful stay at Baramunda Residence! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was super friendly. The location is perfect, close to the Baramunda bus terminal. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay at Baramunda residence ! The rooms were super clean , comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect.
